Craig is Deloitte Canada’s Infrastructure Practice Leader and Head of Infrastructure M&A for the Americas. He advises pension funds, infrastructure funds, private corporations, and governments on strategy and M&A transactions in the infrastructure sector. Craig has over 20 years of M&A experience in advisory, corporate, and private equity environments. His major location experience includes: Canada (13 years), Chile (5 years) and France (2 years). In addition, he has led transaction teams on over 200 transactions throughout North America, Europe, Latin America, and Asia. Craig is a fluent Spanish speaker, and holds a BComm from Queen’s University and an MBA from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia.
